Proper Treatment of the American Flag

A very specific and quite detailed code of conduct exists regarding the treatment of Old Glory.  No American symbol represents more to the people of this country.

In the early 1990’s the Supreme Court ruled that the flag burning is legal.  They said it was an expression of speech that could not be forbidden or suppressed. Many citizens objected to this decision. Feelings run deep about the Stars and the Stripes.
